Refund & Cancellation Terms

All registrations are paid and must be completed through our official website. No on-spot registrations or cash payments.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the organizers. There is no automatic entitlement unless expressly approved.

Refund Calculation

Approved refunds are limited to the ticket price paid, minus non-recoverable payment gateway charges.

Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
